About Us

Hullywood Entertainment was formed in 2007 and launched in 2008 by it's founder Nick Andrew. Based in Hull (East Yorkshire) hence the name.

Since an early age he was inspired by many of the 80's films and always dreamed of somehow making a living from his hobby, he first came up with the idea back in 2003.

It originally started out as a Movie Convention which was appropriately named "Hullywood" due to its location and connection with the movies.

Two large events quickly passed throughout the course of 2004, then a break ensued for a couple of years due to other commitments. All the while "Hullywood Enterainment" was slowly been formed as a Specialist Movie Themed Entertainment's company.
